If you don’t already have a bookkeeping file, we will get you set up or convert you to one of our online solutions. Then we will choose the best system or program for you to get us your information to be entered on a regular basis.
The best way is to use a program like Hubdoc that allows you to scan in your receipts and invoices. It can even go and grab any online statements you have like bank, utilities, or suppliers.
You can also send your stuff through email, Dropbox, Google Drive, fax, and snail mail.

We use Quickbooks, Xero and Wave accounting to do our clients bookkeeping. We also use Hubdoc and Receipt Bank for document storage/retrieval.
